Fantastic company! I started with a Dogwatch electric fence when I lived in Toledo 19 years ago. We moved the system with us to our new house and had Dogwatch of NW Ohio connect it here. Last year we added our front yard to our current system and it is all working great. We also have an indoor system to keep our dogs out of the kitchen that is highly effective after all these years. They absolutely honor the lifetime warranty on their products and James is knowledgeable and willing to help with any equipment or training issues. I wouldn't consider any other group to instill an electronic dog fence. These guys are the best, not to mention reasonably priced.

We have had a Dogwatch invisible fence for over twenty years. I have always been happy with their prompt and professional service. Recently the dogs were leaving the fence line. I had the pleasure of working with James. James answered right away, and came at 7:00am on a Saturday morning! He not only troubleshooted and fixed the fence, but retrained my dogs! He returned two days in a row and brought his own dog and daughter to walk by my house testing my dogs on the fence line. The difference in their reaction on the second was amazing! They challenged the fence, but stayed in the yard! James stuck with me until the problem was fixed and went way beyond the call of duty. He was wonderful to work with, and he worked with us and the dogs until we had results. I highly recommend James and Dogwatch!

Great company and great product! We had previously used Invisible Fence and could not get our first rescue coonhound trained on the fence. Talked to DogWatch, and they had a better product, great support and ideas on how to work with our reluctant coonhound. They installed and supported and I started training. In two weeks, Lucy, our coonhound, was fully trained. A couple years later, we trained Annie, our second rescued coonhound, and she only needed two days of training before she got it! Three years passed and we got a year old male bloodhound. His process took 4-5 weeks but I kept at it patiently. Many people have told me that bloodhounds simply cannot learn an underground fence. Categorically wrong. DogWatch has been a great partner with us all along. I trust them and trust the product. They are the best!
